It's the yearly Chronicle of Higher Education overview, and University of Minnesota President Eric Kaler is positioned tenth among 57 presidents of the state leaders. Generally speaking, he's 33rd, and the Pioneer Press has him positioned sixth among present and future Big Ten presidents.
